Project description

The project involves the supply and installation of the following equipment:

Replace oxygenation ditch mixed liquor outlet overflow wall valve
Repairing and resurfacing exposed concrete surfaces
Replace wall seals
Replace circular scraper, weir, float collection, secondary clarifier walkway
Replace activated sludge recirculation screw pump
Replace liquid alum storage and dosing system

Project features

Replacing the submersible mechanical agitator in the sludge storage tank
Add a submersible mechanical agitator to the sludge storage tank
Replace sludge pumping system (duplex) including upstream pipes, mesh pipes and downstream pipes
Supply, install and commission two centrifuge-type sludge dewatering systems complete with local control panel
Supply and install a mezzanine floor for the proposed centrifuges and a monorail with trolley and manual operation hoist
Supply, install and commission screw conveyors for transporting dewatered sludge
Supply, install and commission a dewatered sludge spreader
